Dining ’1001 Arabian Nights’ Style on Amsterdam

Submitted by: Komang

Recently on board the Amsterdam we held a themed dinner called “1001 Arabian Nights” and the turquoise color was everywhere, especially in the dining room. Guests and crew blended in with the theme with their outfits and Arabian smoking pipes as Arabian music played in the background. The Grand World cruise is not complete just yet so we have more themed events planned. Enjoy the photos!

  1. Looks like it was a magic carpet ride. I was not fortunate enough to participate in this event but have enjoyed many many meals while cruising on the “Amsterdam”. I do have a request for the Lido staff. Who provides the “Swiss Muesli” that is served each morning. If prepared by the staff may I have a copy of the recipe?

Your traveling gourmand Les. H Thank you.
