HAL’s Culinary Council held its second annual two-day meeting aboard Eurodam during a port call at New York on Oct. 4. Council members consult with the line throughout the year and gather annually for face-to-face meetings where they discuss current culinary trends, share information about what they are doing in their own businesses and brainstorm ideas for Holland America’s cuisine for the coming year. The council first met at Fort Lauderdale in 2011 aboard Noordam.
